For the movies shown at Toldi Mozi<\/strong>, individual tickets are available 1 hour prior to screening; except for the Premiere: Budapest Ritmo 2022 Music Films on Sunday. The individual movie tickets (1000 HUF<\/strong>) are not valid<\/strong> for other Budapest Ritmo events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day passes are exchanged for wristbands and seat tickets upon arrival at Toldi mozi, or for wristbands at Akv\u00e1rium Klub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I buy a Festival Pass, valid for every day of Budapest Ritmo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently you are only able to buy day tickets. However, if you would like to attend Budapest Ritmo for all 4 days of the festival, you can buy the 4 day passes with one single purchase by putting all 4 day tickets in the basket before checking out. We can\u2019t wait to see you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I buy multiple day tickets?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes! You can buy tickets in any combination. Simply put as many tickets for as many days as you like in your basket, and then pay for them in one single purchase. The tickets are transferable, so if you would like to bring your friends along, you can buy tickets for them as well. You will not need an ID at the entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are the day tickets valid for every venue and event?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A day ticket grants access for every event and every venue of the festival day. For example, with your 09 April Day Pass, you can visit all events at Akv\u00e1rium, Szimpla Kert and Toldi as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I purchase a ticket at the event venues?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you can purchase a ticket at Akv\u00e1rium Klub and at Toldi mozi also. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day passes sold at the venues go on sale one hour prior to the first event of the day:
\u2013\u00a0in Akvarium: 7 April, from 5PM;\u00a0 8 April, from 9AM;\u00a0 9 April, from 10 AM;
\u2013\u00a0in Toldi: 8, 9 and 10 April, 2:30PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events at Szimpla Kert on Thursday are free to attend, you will not be able to buy tickets at that venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How am I able to pay for my ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can pay for your ticket in cash or by credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I leave the event venues and come back with my ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your day pass will be redeemed for a wristband at the entrance. You can freely enter, leave and re-enter any venue with your wristband.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What may I bring to the venues? Is anything forbidden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rules vary between venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akv\u00e1rium Klub:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beverages and food purchased outside Akv\u00e1rium Klub cannot be brought into the premises of Akv\u00e1rium Klub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is strictly forbidden to carry drugs, pyrotechnic devices, explosives, poisonous or inflammable materials or devices and instruments for creating graffiti, including spray paints or markers, as well as firearms, knives, butterfly knives, switchblades, pepper spray, clubs, telescoping batons, metal chains, throwing stars, sling-shots and other devices particularly dangerous to public safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certain rooms of Akv\u00e1rium Klub (NagyHall, KisHall, VOLT Lok\u00e1l) cannot be entered in coats or with an umbrella, which we kindly ask you to leave at the cloakroom<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akv\u00e1rium Klub is a dog-friendly venue and our doors are open for pets, providing them with fresh water every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toldi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is strictly forbidden to carry drugs, pyrotechnic devices, explosives, poisonous or inflammable materials or devices and instruments for creating graffiti, including spray paints or markers, as well as firearms, knives, butterfly knives, switchblades, pepper spray, clubs, telescoping batons, metal chains, throwing stars, sling-shots and other devices particularly dangerous to public safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cinema is not responsible for valuables brought into or lost in the cinema area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The area of \u200b\u200bthe cinema can also be visited with a dog. The owner is fully responsible for the damage caused by them to Budapest Film Zrt. or any other visitor. Dogs may only be brought into the cinema with a mandatory muzzle (or other physical device to prevent biting). It is strictly forbidden for dogs to sit on chairs, they can only be placed on the stairs. Dogs do not need to buy a ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I have to wear a mask?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to government restrictions being lifted in Hungary, since the 7th of March 2022 you do not have to wear a mask at the festival venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to be vaccinated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I resell my tickets?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I get a refund for an unused day ticket after the event? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generally speaking we have a no refund policy for unused tickets after the events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens if the event gets canceled?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the event gets canceled, ticket holders are given a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
